Day Care

Operating 7am – 7pm.

Structured routine: free play, educational activities, meals, rest time.

Overnight Care

Available by prior arrangement.

Minimum 12-hour booking.

Includes bedtime routine, night supervision, breakfast.

Holiday Care

Themed activity weeks during school breaks.

Full-day and half-day options.

Excursions and special events (consent form required).

Emergency Call & Care

Short-notice cover subject to availability.

Requirements & Policies

Up-to-date registration form and payment.

Notice of any changes (e.g. medical, emergency contacts) in writing.

Late collection fees apply: £5 first 5 min, then £1/minute.

Unplanned closure: parents informed by SMS/email.

Operating Times

Breakfast Club: 7am – 9am (school drop-off at 9 am).

After-School Club: school pick-up – 7pm.

Book via our portal by midnight two days before.

Cancellations up to 24 hrs ahead incur no charge; thereafter full session fee.

Coverage

We collect/drop off at Mead Primary, Drapers Academy, Little Heath SEN, Gaynes, Harold Court, St Ursula's, and local Havering schools.

After-School Club: school pick-up – 7pm.

Procedure

Morning: arrive at school by 8.50 am; escort children to the classroom.

Afternoon: meet children at agreed school exit, sign out with school staff, transport to Club or home.

Vehicle & Safety

Fully insured, seat-belted vehicles with child seats as required.

Staff DBS-checked and first-aid trained.

Requirements

Completed registration form with school details.

Emergency contacts up-to-date.

Notification of any after-school activities or clubs.
